Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delayed shipping. Once your order has been shipped please direct all concerns via the USPS website.

Shipping/Processing

ALL SALES ARE FINAL /NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
  1. Shipping and billing address must match on all orders. If there is issues with verifying your address or your identity you will be contacted by customer service. If no response is given within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund. 
  2. If you fail to provide the correct shipping address including the apartment number you will be responsible for reshipping fees in order to get the product back to you.
  3. Our preferred shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service. We begin processing all orders within 24 to 72 hours after purchase (Monday through Friday). Although all packages are sent priority mail, Shipping is an additional 2-3 business days. Please be advised that expected delivery time can vary based on your location. Saturday’s and Sunday’s are not considered business days.
  4. Once your receive a tracking number that means your order has entered processing and is being fulfilled to ship. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to track your package for updates on USPS  website.
  5. If you are granted a refund for any reason that has been APPROVED by Boujee Vibes please allow 10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date processed to receive your refund back on the card that the payment was processed on. You will be sent a confirmation via email/text in regards to the refund status. 
  6. If you missed your delivery we suggest that you make the best effort to pick up your package from the local post office. Please keep in mind, a rescheduled delivery can delay your package for an uncertain amount of days.
  7. In the event that you have received a delivery notification and you have yet to receive your order, please do the following: Check your mailbox, leasing office, porch, surrounding areas around your home/apt, neighbors and anyone in your home that may have retrieved. 

        USPS IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR. PLEASE TRACK YOU PACKAGE AND ANTICIPATE THE ARRIVAL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST, OPENED, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED.
