  • Once we authorized your reason for refund & or return, we will process your payment for store credit only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
