Standard Shipping Time: Delivery time will vary depending on your zip code and distance from our warehouse. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or holidays
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
